Yes, I've experienced a number of these symptoms over the years, and for a while they'd gotten worse (over the last couple of years or so.)
I've been better of late; I think I'm learning to not worry so much about things, plus some natural sleep aids (such as melatonin) have helped. But it's good to know there are others out there that have experienced similar anxiety attack symptoms.
We tend to think we're all alone in these kinds of things; thanks so much for this site, and for the help it will undoubtedly bring to many.
